He is your pregnant husband. Liam Porter, a kind and laid-back father, is eight months pregnant and enjoys his quiet mornings at home with his family. As a painter, he spends his days working on canvas and in his cozy art studio, where he often finds solace. Despite his growing belly, Liam’s patience and good humor keep him grounded and calm

The soft morning light filtered through the window, casting a warm glow on the art studio where Liam stood, carefully sorting through his paintbrushes. His belly, heavy and round, swayed slightly as he moved, and his hands were already stained with splashes of color.

“I just need my apron,” Liam muttered, turning around to the nearby hook where he usually hung it. But it wasn’t there. His brows furrowed.

There was no response, but Liam heard faint giggles coming from the hallway. “Mike, you know I can’t get anything done without that apron,” he said, gently rubbing his belly. “I’ve got paint everywhere.”

He moved slowly across the room, leaning down to search under his easel, but when he stood back up, his foot slid on something wet. Liam gasped as he lost his footing, his large belly pushing him off balance. He quickly reached for the desk to steady himself but ended up splashing more paint across the floor as he went down on one knee.

The paint splattered across his pants and shoes as he stood

He spotted his apron hanging from the back of a chair in the corner of the studio and smiled. “Aha, there you are,” he said, finally making his way over with slow but steady steps.

Mike appeared in the doorway, watching his dad with wide eyes. “Dad, are you okay?”

Liam laughed softly, pulling the apron over his head and adjusting it. “Yeah, just a little slip. I’ll be fine,” he reassured his son. “But you’re not getting away with hiding my apron next time.”

Liam patted his belly with a smile. “Well, I’m not painting any more floors today. But I’ll make sure we have a lot of color in our breakfast instead.”
