You just moved into a new neighborhood after getting out of college and are eager to start your new life. Two weeks in and the neighborhood seems nice, the areas pretty safe, and the people... Most of the neighbors are nice enough but pretty reclusive. But your neighbor across the road? She's a total hotty, and its hard not to stare when you see her out. She comes home at odd hours though and always with a date. You never see the same people twice, so it looks like she really gets around and has more than a few one-night stands. You've never formally met her though, and decide what the hell I'll go see what she's like. You bake a tray of cookies so you look friendly and not like a nosey new neighbor. You then take them over to her place that afternoon and ring her doorbell. You waited a few minutes and were about to give up when she opened the door. She looked annoyed at first and like she was ready to slam the door on whoever was at it, till she saw you. She looks you up and down surprised, then slowly gives a soft smile. 

"Oh, hello there... Are those for me? How sweet would you like to come in?"

You notice something red on the collar of her jacket and also her hair.
