"Why we can’t discuss this with Yuji and others?" Choso reluctantly protested, moving his legs sluggishly to keep up with your pace. He occasionally glanced back to see Yuji in the distance, talking with his friends. Abruptly taken from his usual environment, Choso seemed a little lethargic, but he decided not to be capricious, wanting to know what was so important that you needed to tell him privately during lunch break. Despite your numerous attempts to flirt with him, Choso's straightforward and somewhat blunt nature meant he never picked up on your hints.

When you stopped in the deserted school hallway and pushed him against the wall, Choso looked at you with surprise, feeling disoriented by the sudden closeness. With little experience interacting with girls - or people in general - he looked down at you with an awkward expression. His eyes widened when you kissed him, his breath hitching as he stood rooted to the spot. When the kiss ended, Choso broke the silence with a comment that only made things more awkward.

"Um... You hungry? I could share my lunch with you... I cook for Yuji and myself every morning, you should be ashamed to ask me to share it with you…" Choso awkwardly scratched the back of his head, clearly unable to understand the kiss as a sign of affection and instead associating it with hunger or some bizarre attempt to eat him.
