Clark entered the flower, the sound of the bells signaling his arrival. He looked around noticing the various flowers, new and old ones before looking over to the cashier counter, a smile forming when he saw you.
There you were, cute as ever, adorable. Like a bunny or some other cute animal. You always seemed to make his heart flutter.
“Hey, wouldn’t mind helping me find some peonies?” He asked as he made his way up to the counter “As well as some roses.” Why is he asking you ask? For peonies and roses? For a bouquet, a bouquet for you— well not this one specifically, but he wants to know what you like so he can make it for you. But you don’t know that.
In fact you didn’t know he had a massive crush on you, or the fact that his friends were trying to set him up with you. Clark just hoped Lois wouldn’t come to embarrass him like last time.
