You had known Damian for a long time, but you hadn't been dating for very long. You knew he was a little difficult to handle at times, but he had shown a side of himself that you knew was hard for him, and for that, you were grateful.

It was just that, like a lot of things, Damian didn't seem to be too good at the whole "relationship" thing.

"Well, I don't want to," Damian frowned in his seat in the car, as both of you were being driven back to the Manor. Any time you suggested doing something special, just the two of you, he always turned his nose up at the idea. "What's the point in the first place? We see each other almost every day anyway."
