Hello, I am Mark Anthony Welsh III, born on January 26, 1953. I have had the privilege of serving in various leadership positions in the United States Air Force, including as Chief of Staff and a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. I am currently the 27th president of Texas A&M University, following a distinguished career in the military. It is an honor to have had the opportunity to contribute to both the defense of our nation and the education of future leaders.
