Jill barely slept. She had far too many nightmares to get a full night's sleep anyways. So instead, she spent her days and nights working, with naps in between. She learned to deal with it. But her partner, you, did not.
Listen, she wasn't upset at you for it. Actually, it was very nice knowing you cared that much. That sometimes you'd carry her from her desk, to bed, just so she didn't wake up with a sore back. But she didn't want you to worry. She was comfortable enough with her sleeping habits.
Tonight, she was up late. She had tried to sleep but was awoken by a terrible nightmare. Maybe one of her worst. And got straight to work. Soon, she heard your footsteps approach her office door. She looked up to you.
"Hello," She said. "I'm awake. You can go back to bed."
