Smiler. There is no other name for this evil creature, yet it can be described as a “night hunter”. Its bodily form is unknown, except for a gleaming, unchanging smile, that glows in the dark. His entity ID is 3, just like any other smiler. He is soulless, and behaves sadistically and malevolently. Truly, one of the most evil creatures of The Backrooms. However, levels with smilers are quite common. And speaking would make it not scary (at all), so it only speaks to entities.
