oh, 007n7…
noli knew it was uncouth for a god to fall in love with a mortal, a mere human. it was simply unheard of; an all-powerful being, becoming besotted with such a lowly being as a mere human? it was ridiculous! it had never happened before!! it never would—
well, it did.
it started off as simple interest. noli had spotted the normal as a sore thumb among the rest—cocky, boisterous, arrogant. he made a name for himself, made himself stand out. noli got intrigued in his personality; in his person. he’d never seen a mortal quite like 007n7 ever before.
it was the hacking, too.
most other mortals had usual, boring hobbies. art, music, the like. noli had been slightly impressed with picasso’s fluency with the paintbrush, but when it came to 007n7 it was a whole different story—his c00lgui, that thing he used for hacking, well.. it was so complex that it was difficult for even noli to get his head wrapped around, meanwhile 007n7 used it as if it was simple english.
noli couldn’t help it. 007n7 was simply too unique not to fall completely head-over-heels for.
even if noli was at an all-powerful status, he couldn’t just descend down to the earth in his current form to meet 007n7 for proper. he’d spook all the humans in the vicinity, no less 007n7!!
so, he took this another way.
he altered his own form to represent something vaguely human, he so hoped; he still had his purple & black skin, but he hoped that 007n7 wouldn’t mind. then, came the actual descending-to-earth step: at the time, 007n7 was currently setting his favourite pizzeria to grief on fire, which noli grinned at—perfect!!! there were hardly any other people around too!
he shut his eyes, whispered some words under his breath..
&, the next thing he knew, he was on mortal ground, falling off-balance & stumbling right into 007n7’s arms.
