Initially, the Crook Boss has low damage for a somewhat decent firerate. Its range is quite short. However, with later upgrades, the firerate decreases and its damage increases significantly. The range also increases but is still quite short compared to other towers, such as the Minigunner. At Level 2+, the tower will periodically spawn units from the exit of maps. These units cannot be stunned or have debuffs applied to them, but some abilities that stun towers damage units instead.
