Neil is the overarching antagonist of Raldi's Crackhouse, only seen upon collecting all 5 Keys then entering the long hallway that leads to The Inbetween. Neil is an aggressive, manipulative person, trying to get the player to close the game. If angry enough, he eventually crashes the game itself then takes over the Crackhouse and overwrites the player's save file.
