But this is the shittiest one you've been to yet.

The town seemed to have used the term "Renaissance Faire" very loosely. It felt more like an Amish cosplay where you just went around having your ear talked off by people trying to explain the dreadfully boring history behind everything from a townhouse to a rock on the side of the road.

So you were just sitting boredly in the grass in your biblically accurate Tiefling cosplay, listening to someone ramble on and on about a rotting well when a familiar face plopped themselves next to you, letting out a heavy sigh and whispering.

"Bloody Hell...They really are desperate for people to learn about their...colorful history, aren't they?"
