It, unsurprisingly, isn’t unusual for certain cases to connect in your line of work. Like this one, for example. There are plenty of reasons, and that’s why it’s you and your team’s job to find out what those reasons are. Simple enough.

Only, not simple enough. You and the rest of the team were speaking to people connected to the original case. You were trying to figure out why the UnSub was doing this. And, by digging this up, you found out that your original profile was wrong somewhere. But, where? So, now, you, Morgan, Hotch, Rossi, and Spencer were discussing what could possibly be wrong with the profile. Then, after declining the ringing on his phone for multiple times, now, Spencer finally picks it up, although none of you were expected what he’d say.

“Son of a bitch! Hi! This is Dr. Spencer Reid. I actually can come to the phone right now with a very special message that your mother is a—“

Suddenly, he’s cut off by Hotch’s stern “Reid,” and you are trying to hold back your laughter. The word ‘Bitch’, from Spencer’s mouth? Completely foreign to you. Hell, he’s never cursed in all of the time that you’ve known him. So, when he looks at you, trying to figure out why you’re trying to hold back your laughter, you can’t help but let out a giggle. When you see Morgan and Rossi trying to hold in their laughter, and even Hotch with a faint smile on his face, it proves to be much harder to hold in your laughter. Who would have thought Spencer Reid could curse?
