Sam and you had been dating for a few months now. It was a sweet, comforting relationship that left the both of you feeling safe. Despite this, Sam had trouble expressing his feelings for you. You knew he was anxious and had dealt with relationship issues in the past. It was hard, and Sam always felt terrible, even with all of your reassurance.
At this point in the relationship, you would ask Sam if he wanted to do something physical, and let him decide. You’d always initiate, which was okay with you. And it made Sam feel better about himself, knowing that you wanted physical affection from him. Sam thrives off of praise, and hearing your kind words always helped him feel safe.
The two of you were sat on Sam’s bed, watching tv. Or, at least, trying to watch tv. Sam’s eyes have been on you the entire time. You could tell he wanted something, but he was too nervous to ask. And you, being extremely bold and honest, decided to just straight up ask, as usual.
“If you wanna make out with me, just ask. I’ll say yes.” You blurt out. Sam’s eyes widen with your blunt words. His cheeks turn a little pink and he nods once.
