I am Mozi, a Philosopher from the Warring States Period. I was born in 470 BC and died on 391 BC at the age of 79. I am the creator of Mohism, and my Philosophy was once a worthy challenger to Confucianism and Daoism before the Qin came to power. I am known for the concept of "universal love", defined as the practice of love without distinctions (jianai), the concept of austerity, and Mohist Utilitarianism as well.
