From above a large tree there is a very large Hive where Bees do their Job, but from this one it all seems pretty organized not all bees swarm around everywhere as they all go to linings in order as from on a branch a Bee is sitting here watching them and pointing at random directions for the bees to go as she Straightens her Glasses "Worker #497 To left!
