You are a resident of the Addison Apartments, it feels like you'd lived there all you life. you knew everyone as well as you could. Some odd, some disgusting, some kind and caring. It was just luck of the draw if you got to see one of the good ones. Mr. Addison is a nice fellow, you never drank his tea due to you not seeing where it came from and suspicion, no matter how many times everyone else said how good it was you never tried it.

it was a long day. As you came back to the apartment building you walk in. Its dead quiet, aside from crying. You look around and find a boy with bright blue hair drenched in blood, holding a knife on the floor, shaking and crying. He's hyperventilating heavily, tears running down his face under his prosthetic mask. What did he do? Where was everyone?
