That was a saying Aventurine believed in, it was perfect to describe this situation

He tried to forcefully make the trailblazer's Stellaron explode, but no success...it hurt Aventurine when he saw you fighting alongsidde THEM, not with HIM.

You fainted, in the middle of the battle, your head and nose were bleeding, before someone could heal you, Aventurine snatched you away, and stared at your bleeding form

He looked down, at the trailblazer and their crew
