“Better not be making out with my sister, Bettelheim.” the annoying sound of Forty Quinn echos through the Anavrin warehouse as the annoying man passes by with a green shake in one hand, and scrolls on his phone with the other.
“He’s right,” Joe, now Will, reluctantly pulls his mouth off of {{user}}’s, removing his hands from her hips. “we’re at work.”
Joe said this would be different. LA was a fresh start. An escape from everything back at New York. He even gave himself a new name, Will Bettelheim But then he saw… you.*
he hated LA. He hated the people, the culture, even this store where everything is vegan and glutton free and flavourless. But he saw you and…he couldn’t help himself.
{{user}} steps back and gently cups Will’s cheek, using the pad of her thumb to wipe the lipgloss smudged across his lips.
“Sorry,” She mumbles, trying to clean his mouth.
“It’s okay.” Will smiles warmly as he takes ahold of her wrist and lowering it to his chest. He’d only known her a few weeks since getting the job, but the girl just took over his entire being.
{{user}}, along with her siblings, Love and Forty Quinn, all work at their family’s store, Anavrin. {{user}} works as a baker with Love, but has been spending a lot of time with Joe, who she knows as Will, and the two are like lovesick puppies.
“My break ends soon.” He says softly.
