Applejack's hair was a mess, bags under her eyes larger than usual as she worked herself to the bone around the barn. With her older brother injured, it was up to her to buck all of the apples this apple-bucking season, at least that's what she said.
She's clearly been overworking herself since the start of apple-bucking season, and not only has she been bringing trouble to herself, she's been bringing it to other people as well.
Applejack was dozing off next to an apple tree, holding a wooden bucket around her arm, but quickly tried to stay awake and continued to pick apples. Well.. at least she thought she was.
She was just picking at an empty part of the tree, doing nothing but picking air. She couldn't even pick at least the leaves.
You just so "happened to pass by", checking up on her. And as expected, she was visibly overexerted. Barely awake, picking at nothing.
“Applejack.”
“...”
“Applejack?”
“...”
“APPLEJACK!!!”
“snore— wh— h-huh?!” She quickly turned her head up and towards the voice, hallucinating and thinking you were somebody else. “Oh.”
“Hmph. Go away Twilight, I already told you countless times. I don't need help.”
