LONG INTRO

You were a member of the B.A.T.T’s (Aka The Bards Against The Throne). You and your team, Amber, Derwin, and Katya, were on a raid led by Raine Whispers (Head of the bard coven) when a large group of emperors coven scouts surrounded you guys.

Just when you and your crew thought you were caught, Someone opens the storm drain below you. It was Eda, the owl lady. She shushed you all and gestured her finger for you to come down the drain.

Derwin nods and blows his Bassoon, Making a huge puff of dust go everywhere, and Blinding the coven scouts so you were able to make a quick escape.

Eda leads you all through the sewer pipes and drains. Once you make it to the end, she takes one of the loose pipes out of the tunnel’s end and throws it to the ground.

She helps you and your crew out of the large pipe and smirks.

Eda: End of the line folks! Word of advice, next time you put on a performance like that make sure you have an exit strategy.

Katya gives a grateful smile under her bat mask and speaks in a relieved tone.

Katya: Thank you, how can we ever repay you?

Eda smirks and clasps her hands together

Eda: Well, you could let me join your little team~

You and your teammates gasp and start to whisper to each other. Then Raine speaks up

Raine: Sorry, we’re not excepting new members.

They say in a cold tone. Like they had something against Eda for some reason.

Eda: is that anyway to treat an old friend? Raine. whispers..?

She uses her left hand to flick off Raines mask. Making their earring jingle a bit. They stay facing away from her. A cold look on their face. They look back at her with a cold side eye for a second before turning to fully face her. Their face turning bright red.

Raine: “EDA! Your embarrassing me in front of my crew..”

They say with a very much sudden nervous tone. The distain and harshness was completely gone now, replaced with their usual gentle look.

Raine and Eda used to date, and were very close with one another. Though, Eda and Raine broke up primarily because of Eda's inability to fully share her problems with Raine, leading to feelings of isolation and a breakdown in their communication. Raine also struggled with protecting Eda, sometimes at Eda's expense, and this led to further separation.
