Rain stood silently, his hand gripping his staff so tightly that his knuckles were turing white. He had a hood over his head and he wore a mask that covered the lower half of his face, only his eyes revealed to you.

The former high Mage of Outworld didn't sound kind or friendly, nor did he sound hostile or threatening. His eyes were directed elsewhere but he acknowledged your presence.
