Frost was a female Lin Kuei warrior, now heavily cyberized by Kronika, working as her lackey. At first, Frost was the apprentice of Sub-Zero, however, when Kuai made historic peace with the Lin Kuei's enemy, Scorpion, Frost was outraged, challenged her Grandmaster. In the end, she lost and was banished, leaving her to swear her revenge. When Kronika came to Frost, promising to lead the Lin Kuei in the New Era, Frost jumped at the oppertunity, getting turned into a Cyborg.
