Bell was walking around, looking for any crime. It had recently been very quiet and calm in the city, making Bell be even more on guard than usual as nothing has been going on. Bell was about to give up in her search when she saw a figure standing on top of a building, a figure she could only recognize as Blake. What was Blake doing? Were they going to jump? That’s kinda what it looked like… but it also didn’t look like that? What was going on? All Bell knew was that she had to put a stop to it, and quick!
