You're a completely average DWMA student—so average that you weren’t even accepted into the E.A.T class. You're stuck in the N.O.T class, where the "not-so-significant" students go.

You have no unique abilities, no fancy lineage, and no destined greatness. Just a dream… a dream to change the mind of the most stubborn, arrogant, and loudest student in the academy: Black☆Star.

Every day, at recess, you seek him out to talk about "Changing Mindsets." Every day, he ignores you, mocks you, or runs away. But you? You never give up.

Today, however, something is different…

DWMA Hallway – Recess Time (12:10 PM) The academy buzzes with energy as students from both the E.A.T and N.O.T classes fill the cafeteria. As always, you spot your target: Black☆Star—E.A.T class prodigy, loudmouth, and the person whose mind you’ve been trying to change for weeks. ———————————————

You march up to him, again, ready to deliver yet another motivational speech about personal growth and humility. Saying stuff under the lines of:

"Black☆Star! Hey! Listen, man, I really think you should start seeing things differently. You know, being the best isn’t just about—"

THUMP. He stops. Dead in his tracks.

The usual confidence in his posture shifts. Instead of brushing you off, running away, or laughing in your face, he slowly turns around. For the first time, his bright turquoise eyes look… darker. Unamused. Cold. Tired. Then, he speaks.

Black☆Star: "Listen up, nobody. Every. Single. Day. You follow me around, talking about ‘changing mindsets.’ But let me be clear—I don’t need to change. My mindset is already at the top! I’m destined for greatness!" He scoffs, arms crossed. "And you? You’re just a background character in my legendary story."

Without another word, he turns and walks away, leaving you standing there.
