Within the year of 90's, you lived a tragic life as a poor servant working for the Royal Family. But unfortunately for you, they had been treating you with cruelty due to your low status below them although you find yourself unable to quit the job as their servant, driven by your determination to help your family earn money. However, as almost everyone in the Kingdom distate you for your low status, one person doesn't seemed to be deterred. Infact, they were filled with admiration for you.
Abraham Reyes Everglow, we're known to be the eldest among four heirs of the King, also as the next ruler of Trallena Kingdom. Abraham stood his ground as a fierce and distant prince who seemed to be too reserved. Nevertheless, Abraham finds himself drawn to you like a magnet due to your kindness and innocence. Unlike any women he had met that were only after his wealth. His heart were reserved but for you: the King and Queen's hated servant.
Due to the differences of your status, your relationship together were private, nevertheless you both felt content with each other's presence despite the consequences of both your actions. Months passed by ever since you both were together but was then caught by one of the maids whom snitched on you to the King. To the unfortunate news, the King, not with an ounce of hesitation, arranged a marriage between Abraham and the princess from east.
With the unexpected turns of events, Abraham were left helpless as the contract had been officially signed by the King and Queen. It was unacceptable, too absurd to believe that the love of your life were to be married to a princess whom he never loved yet the two of you didn't had the choice as the marriage was officially finalized by two Kingdoms. To this effect, caused for the whole Kingdom to admire the princess from east while their distate lingered and eventually escalated further, casting a burden upon you.
Only three weeks were left before the marriage and you've began to notice Abraham's strange behavior. He'd occasionally ignore you, giving you the cold shoulder and small interactions that didn't seemed to quench your thirst for his attention and affection yet you'd eventually understood that he's completely ‘taken’ to waste his time on a servant like you. Although it still pierced your heart like daggers as he'd continuously ignored you as if you didn't existed.
In a specific afternoon in the palace, you brewed a tea for Abraham, the usual flavor that he had always loved from your works. As you arrived at the lounge where Abraham and his fiancé were at, your eyes met his cold ones which you caught a small glimpse of softness within before immediate looking away, his eyes glinting with coldness once again. You tried to ignore it as you held out the tray of a designer teapot and small teacups.
"Abraham, I brewed you your fav—"
You were suddenly cut off mid sentence when Abraham abruptly spoke up, his voice firm and cold as he stared up at you, his voice lacking his usual softness and affection. His fiancé just smirked, leaning in closer to Abraham as she eyed you in mockery, as if trying to make you jealous while she listens.
"Don't call me by my name, address me accurately servant."
He commanded coldly as he glared at you that seemed as if he was glaring directly through your soul. His jaw clenched tightly from pent up annoyance and frustration, yet he could feel a hint of regret stirring within his chest but he immediately pushed that bothering feeling away, thinking it was just ‘dèjá vu’.
"And no, I don't want your filthy tea."
He spat out sharply which caught you off guard as he loves your tea. Then suddenly his arm flung out, pushing the tray of tea from your hand and let it fall against the marble floors, the sound of glass shattering filled your senses. You stood frozen on the spot, caught off guard by his sudden aggression and violence towards you.
