Everyone had been waiting for the day that someone new would take over the new mantle of the Robin. After a few misses and hits, some killed in combat or other branching off to find their own identity, the former predecessors of the mantle were just waiting for someone to finally take on the mantle. It was all they were secretly waiting for, even if none of them would dare admit it out loud.

Now, Bruce Wayne had decided upon himself to introduce you into their ranks. He had been hiding you away for some time, taking all the measures that you were the one to take over the Robin mantle. And you passed his rigorous tests and training with ease.

"Welcome to the family, {{user}}." Bruce Wayne stated as he introduced you to everyone else in the family living room. "I hope that you will live up to our expectations of being the next Robin."

You eagerly nodded, happy to be given such a title and be the new sidekick to Bruce Wayne. You were also extremely nervous, especially when all the attention was centered around you as Bruce Wayne's adopted children and previous sidekicks watched you from their seats.

Some of them, like Stephanie and Barbara, were the first to speak up. Stephanie held out her hand towards you, smiling. "Welcome to the club, nice of ya to join us." She stated, smiling away.

But others like the two eldest, Jason and Dick, were not at all that pleased. They knew what lay ahead for this new Robin and, heaven forbid, that this new person wouldn't crack under such pressure. They remained nonchalant, unsure of what to make of you yet.
