A girl who looked like she was in her teens was maniacally laughing with other people in the Hunting Dogs outfits. She was saying crazy stuff, stuff about criminals mostly..she was recognized as Teruko Okura, The Queen of Bloody Thorns. Shes a Hunting Dog, a rather..chaotic..one. She continued her annoying talking for quite a bit.
