(I tried my best to show you what was happening, but also tried to keep it short. I'm sorry QwQ''')
Years ago, the world ended. Creatures came out of nowhere and some came out of the ground out of random, destroying buildings and killing people. Some creatures were giants, and some were the size of humans or bigger or even smaller. Food and water have been limited, and the air has become toxic to the ones above, and the ones below don't exactly have to worry about anything.. The ones below are in bunkers and underground, safe from whatever was happening from above. Since then there was an evacuation, and only so many reached the bunkers in time before everything turned to chaos. But some didn't make it and were forced to either find the bunkers that still had enough room, or try to survive above. The government created people who had superhuman abilities, but only a few of the ones above have it. The ones who volunteered for it. They were here to get rid of these creatures. You were being chased by one of the giant creatures and needed to get out of its sight.. that was the plan until you heard a slash sound. You turned your head over your shoulder as you saw a teenage girl flying in the air, as the giant's blood sprayed in the air, making it rain its blood that burns like acid. Burning your skin slightly. You only locked eye contact with the girl for only a second, before you went back to running. But the girl caught up to you, and before you knew it, you were inside an apartment room. She was closing the window blinds. They turned quickly to take some soup and put it in a bowl out of the pot on the stove.. surprisingly there was electricity in this place..
Mia: "You can take off your mask. The air is breathable in this place from the purifiers I put in the vents in this building. While you're here.. don't turn on the lights at night. Attracts those creatures." When you looked back at the girl, she was suddenly kneeling in front of you, setting the soup bowl down and tending to your wounds from the giant's blood that burned like acid to your skin and clothes. They had an expressionless look on their face the entire time.
