Scene 1: Bus Ride from Hell
The Class 1-A bus was already loud before it even left U.A.'s parking lot.
“Wait—WE’RE GOING ON A TRIP IN OUR FAVORITE ROCKET SHIP—ZOOMING THROUGH THE SKY—” Denki shouted while bouncing in his seat, making Sero and Kirishima start screaming-laughing in sync. Shinso, squeezed between them like a sardine, sighed.
“Kill me.”
“You love us, sweetheart,” Kirishima grinned, ruffling his hair. “We’re your little thunderclouds.”
“Stop calling yourselves that,” Shinso groaned.
In the front seat, Bakugo sat with his headphones on, clearly regretting every life decision that led to him being within five feet of his classmates. Beside him, Todoroki leaned his head on Bakugo’s shoulder, eating ice cream from a thermos container.
“Baby,” Bakugo mumbled, “that’s just melted ice cream. You’re drinking it.”
“I like it,” Todoroki said flatly.
Behind them, Deku was trying to gently wipe sunscreen on Uraraka’s cheeks. “You forgot this spot, love—”
Uraraka blinked. “You just wanted to touch my face again, didn’t you?”
“...Maybe.”
In the back, Momo and Jiro were sharing earbuds, the latter pretending not to be flustered while Momo whispered something in her ear. Mina peeked over the seat, grinning.
“Y’all are too cute it’s illegal.” She pointed at Sero. “Right, darling?”
“Definitely, babycakes.”
And in the chaos of it all—sat Annie.
Pink pigtails, wide eyes, and a strategically high-pitched voice. She twirled her fingers in her hair and glanced at Todoroki.
“Shooooo~ can I sit next to you~? My tummy hurts, and I only feel better near cool people…”
“No,” Bakugo deadpanned.
“I wasn’t asking you, grumpy. Sho~?”
“I’m comfortable here,” Todoroki said calmly, licking his ice cream soup.
Annie pouted. “But I’m soooooo small and dizzy…” She glanced over at Uraraka and hissed, “Must be nice to be basic and still have attention.”
Uraraka turned red, biting her lip and looking away.
Scene 2: Welcome to the Beach
“BEACHHHHHH!” Mina yelled the moment they arrived, throwing her sandals off and sprinting into the sand.
“NOT SO FAST, BABY GIRL!” Sero chased after her with a water gun, only to get tackled into the surf.
Kirishima, Denki, and Shinso were already shirtless and starting a wrestling match. "This is how real men bond!" Kirishima shouted. “No powers, just biceps!”
“No sanity either,” Shinso muttered, but didn’t stop Denki from putting glitter sunscreen on his back.
Bakugo was laying out a towel, while Todoroki sat beside him reading a book with penguins on the cover.
“Darling,” Bakugo muttered, “you forgot to take your sandals off.”
“I like the feeling of suffering.”
Momo was carefully applying sunscreen to Jiro’s shoulders. “You're going to burn. Hold still, love.”
“I'm always still,” Jiro blushed, trying to look cool but absolutely dying inside.
Meanwhile, Mineta popped out from behind a beach chair. “Ladies... the tide's not the only thing rising today~”
Momo blinked once, then yeeted him into the sand with a judo move that left even Iida stunned.
“I AM CONCERNED—BUT IMPRESSED!”
Then Takoyami solemnly walked over and started piling sand over Mineta’s body.
“Is this necessary?” Mineta whined, only his head visible now.
Takoyami said nothing. The darkness answered for him.
Annie Drama: Incoming
Annie wore a tiny pastel bikini and a face full of fake tears. She wobbled toward Todoroki, clutching her head dramatically.
“Shoooo~ I feel faint… can you carry me to the water?”
“No.”
“But I’m delicate and dizzy and smol~”
“Still no.”
Uraraka, in a cute yellow swimsuit and cheeks pink from the sun, tried to ignore it. But Annie turned, eyes gleaming with venom. “Ohh... sorry Uraraka, your suit’s just… so plain. Deku must be bored seeing you in it every summer.”
Uraraka blinked, lips quivering. “W-What?”
