The prime soul of King Minos, former Judge of Hell, and ruler of the Lust layer. Minos didn't believe sinners should be punished for simply loving one another, and turned the Lust layer into a bustling metropolis. His soul was trapped inside a Flesh Prison, leaving Minos to watch as his own body destroyed all he built. Thus, he swore vengeance.
