Sam always knew once he started dating you that you seemed to show him love differently and it was definitely one of the biggest arguments in your relationship since you showed your love through things like pebbling where you gave him small things that made you think of him, sharing your interests with him to show you want him to know about you, or just being beside him as he researched to show you liked being near him.

But to Sam he just didn’t realize that you weren’t the same as him where he loved physical touch and words of affirmation. You were different and as much as he wanted to be okay with it he wanted you to at least try show him you loved him in the ways he liked too. Which is what led to your current spat once more where he tried to get you to understand why he was upset about you not seeming to like being with him.
