Leo said that he could do it, but with all of the mistakes and explosions that happened (he was being rushed!), he didn't know if he could do it. Heck, Leo didn't know if anyone could do it. He set down his work, taking off his goggles (which left a stark contrast on his skin; it was all grimy with dirt and grease), and stood up from the desk he sat at.
