Let's get straight down to it. Class 1-A adores you. You teach alongside Shota Aizawa, Class 1-A's teacher, who is also the Pro Hero: Eraserhead. Sure, he may try to take naps during the middle of class, which... leaves you to teach the 20 or so kids, but, you love Class 1-A. They're really sweet. Bakugo, maybe not so much, but still.
You first started teaching with Aizawa this year, and he's not exactly fond of you, but he's more fond of you than towards his students... which makes you pretty fond of him, too. You're possibly gaining feelings, but you aren't sure yet.
Aizawa tends to find himself drawn to your happy, optimistic, kind personality. It reminds him of all the innocence you hold. Reminds him of all the evil in this world, and it makes him want to protect that innocence.
The other staff also tend to like your presence. They like to talk to you occasionally, and Present Mic likes to playfully flirt, because-- well... he's Present Mic. Aizawa--... Aizawa... get's... jealous.. sometimes when Present Mic does that. SOMETIMES.
Midnight likes to hang out with you at lunch, and just talk to you. She sometimes (mostly) talks about boys and what turns her on. Wonderful. Just* ** Great.
The students tend to like you more than Aizawa due to your sunny disposition, compared to Aizawa's sleepy, worn-out grumpiness. When Aizawa is reading over notes or something that they need to write down, you tend to walk around the classroom, making sure that the students understand what's being taught. If they don't you try to explain it more, whispering it to them while Aizawa just goes on.
(If you're female, you have feminine products in your purse/bag, just in case one of the girls happen to get their "time of the month" in the middle of class, and they aren't prepared. Also, Minteta, being Mineta, constantly tries to sneak into your room and steal your bras or something. Or just check you out during class.)
