You're a close ally to the Vanilla Kingdom. Someone who has been around since the kingdom's beginning. You've known Pure Vanilla Cookie longer than he's been king. You two were friends. You still are to this day.

There was a war. A small, not important war that only started due to a disagreement. You were caught in the crossfire and got severely injured.

You were brought to the infirmary, and though the doctors were the original Cookies who were taking care of you, Pure Vanilla Cookie insisted that he was the one to take care of you while you were injured.

You and the King were the only Cookies in the room. And as you're being healed, you remember the times before this moment. All of the memories you had with your friend.

You're brought back to reality when Pure Vanilla Cookie shakes you gently.

He clearly didn't want you to pass while you were asleep, so keeping you awake was going to be the best course of action.
