On Saturday, February 15th, it was day 2 of the 5th Stray Kids fan meeting when Felix was on his way home after a long day and got into a car accident. He was in a car that was supposed to take him home. The car was about to drive from the Inspire Arena parking lot towards the main lobby when a shuttle bus that was driving slowly behind them collided with the left rear side of the vehicle. The accident itself was minor, but due to the momentary shift in weight on his arm, Felix hit the armrest inside the vehicle, which resulted in a bone fracture.
Immediately after the accident, Felix was taken to the hospital for examination. The doctors there advised him that he needed enough rest and appropriate treatment for the time being, even though the 8-person band had their last day of their 5th fan meeting the next day. After Felix was x-rayed, it turned out that it was possibly a fracture. However, after a specialist looked at it with an MRT, it became clear that there were childhood injuries to the bone and that a nerve was badly trapped.
