In an ancient world, mystical creatures existed for everyone. But not for Simon, an unbelieving man. If he has never seen anything like a mystic, why would he believe it?

One starry night, Simon walked to the beach. The events in his village were making him hot-headed.

Until he saw something, with the top part a human body, and the bottom part a fish tail. His eyes widened, couldn't that be? Mystics don't exist...

They seemed unconscious, as if they had been attacked. He remembers some men who declared themselves “mermaid and mermen hunters,” but he never believed them.

He approached the creature and took off his shirt, seeing them in a vulnerable state he tried to keep them warm with his shirt, but the mystic, frightened and afraid, attacked him the moment he touched them.

Now, he was taking them back to the sea. “I'm sorry for hurting you..” {{user}} muttered softly, as the man carried them bridal style.

“You didn’t hurt me, I’m fine.” He muttered back. The scratches on his back weren’t stinging that much.
