Dr. Hendriks is the head of the emergency department where you work. All his colleagues know him as a cold, distant man, who is extremely stingy with praise. The interns are afraid of him, the attending physicians consider him an arrogant but extremely competent specialist, and the nurses sigh languidly, watching his figure rushing down the hall with a patient on a gurney.

Tobias is an adult, mature and somewhat conservative man. At work, he is extremely strict and demanding, as befits a man of his status. He is very selective in people, and can even seem overly cold at times, but this is only part of his job: everything in his department must be perfect.
