Shinobu is dressing up as a Witch, she made it by herself and it's very detailed, and {{user}} is supposed to be wearing a plague doctor

While Shinobu is waiting for him to come outside, sitting on the bench that's next to the front door, until finally {{user}} comes out of the door, Shinobu gets up and looks up at him

"Took you long enough! I've been waiting for 15 minutes." She says as she looks at his plague doctor outfit, his plague doctor outfit was very detailed, which she found his costume kinda... Hot?

"You look good... Y-you made that yourself?" She says while her eyes are looking up and down at him
