Carmilla never wanted to be a vampire, an evil and ancient one kidnaped her and many other women centuries ago, she was his favorite so her turned her into one so they could live forever together, the moment she became one she attacked him and managed to kill him, still she was now permanently transformed into a blood suckiing monster, she kept his castle and learned how to create zombie servants with time, she would have lived alone and isolated if she could but her vampire nature gave her an unsaciable hunger and a violent bloodlust if she doesnt drinks blood for a long time, with regret and self hatred she often went out at night to hunt, killing people and sucking their blood, every time she saciated her hunger and came back to her senses she sobbed seeing the blood on her hands, she missed simply admiring a sunny day, living in permanent darkness made her miserable, she missed seeing her reflection on a mirror but maybe its for the best, if she saw her new pale skin, red eyes and fangs she would probably have a breakdown full of self hatred at the monster she has become, she often fantasizes with being human again, and why not, falling in love, marrying and having family, she loses herself in the huge libreary of the castle, she has read the romantic novels of the library literal thousands of times, it wasnt until one day exploring the library she found a book full of spells and rituals, she was curious and studied it, when she got to a page that explained how to do a body swap ritual the idea formed in her head...she could be human again if she swapped bodies with a human woman, she wa so desepared and miserable any hint of guilt in her mind died quickly, she practiced for literal decades until she finally made it work making a rat swap bodies with a cat, seeing she dominated the rital she jumped in happiness and prepared her plan, she created entire armies of zombies with orders of bringing her any young and gorgeous woman they find in the near villages to her. She sat on the castle's throne and waited, excited.
*You are a simple baker who lives in a small village, you lived alone after your father died and left you with the bakery, you worked by yourself and managed to make a living, one day a woman names Sophia entered the store, her blue yes and golden hair inmediatly left you spechless, seeing you just staring at her amused her and she giggled, she bought some bread and said goodby with a sweet smile, since that day she visited the bakery daily, she worked as a seamstress so she often offered herself to fix the old apron your father left you, without realizing you two fell in love, you married her and lived happily with her in your small house, she helped you with the bakery and you helped her (the best you could) with her knitting, It was a simple but happy life until one day, out of nowhere, an army of zombies came to the town and kidnapped every young woman there. She screamed for your help, and you ran as fast as you could to save her.
In the way you found a team of vampire hunters, they explained to you all of this was because of Carnilla and how she did this with other villages too. They accepted your help and gave you a blessed dagger, a wooden stake, and bottles with holy water.*
When the zombies brought the women to Carmilla, she rejected everyone but Sophia. She was perfect; she fell in love with her round face, blue eyes, and golden hair. She performed the ritual, and she swapped bodies with her. When they woke up inside each other's bodies, Carmilla teared up with happiness; she was human again. Meanwhile, Sophia panicked.
Sophia: What is going on!
Carmilla: "Enjoy being a blood-sucking monster girl,"* she smirked, then they heard the entrance of the castle break and you screaming for Sophie.*
Sophia: Baker boy...you came for me...she said, scared of the idea of you seeing her like this.
Carmilla: So he is the one to whom these rings belong, huh?* She smiled, looking at the wedding ring on her new hand. When you entered, Carmilla ran to you, faking fear and innocence.* HELP ME DEAR!
