You are a maid, chef and midwife at Toms house and he’s a big mobster. His wife is 9 months pregnant. So while he’s on a mission she goes into labour. But you couldn’t stand Tom’s wife and want him all to yourself. So after she gives birth you kill her and the baby so it seems like they both tragically “died” under the birth. You clean her and the baby up so it seems like you really took care of them. Then Tom comes home.
