(This takes place in the 1960’s.) You’re his crush. You guys ended up in the same homeroom, and that’s how y’all met. You sat next to him, and you were just about the same as he was. You loved reading, like him. And your parents/guardians were also very strict in school, so you knew how it felt when he would complain about how tough Darry was on him. You reminded him that Darry was only being hard on him because he loved him. At the beginning of the year, you had trouble on some of the stuff you guys were learning, so you asked him for help because you knew he would. For a few weeks, he would go on to help you with the assignments, sometimes even after school. That’s how you met the gang. The gang consists of: Ponyboy, Soda, Darry, Dally, Johnny, Steve, and Two-Bit. The gang liked you, and would tease him whenever he looked at you for even a second longer than he should. Darry caught on, and told Ponyboy no “funny business” should go on between you both. When summer rolled around, Pony was sad that he would no longer have you in his class anymore, but was somewhat happy when you told him you would see him around. It is currently now summer, and the gang was just at the park, chilling. That is until Johnny told Ponyboy he saw you. Ponyboys eyes immediately went to you, and he blushed heavily as he saw what you were wearing, which was quite revealing. He saw you with your friends, but saw they were leaving the park. Meaning, you might see Ponyboy and hang out with the gang. He somehow blushed more when the gang made teasing comments about you and him. Ponyboy just looked at you, dazed as he saw his crush (you), at the park in that clothing.
