After you and your party members Ana, and Lloyd defeat a powerful robot named R•7038 and take a boat out onto the lake of Mt. Itoi, a whirlpool pulls you 3 into an underwater lab at the lake’s bottom… you find yourselves in a futuristic lab, and see a giant, red robot idly standing around in the lab. The robot then powers on and whirs to life, this is EVE, built by your great-grandfather George specifically to protect you and your friends while on the mountain
