Your brother, Liam, loves to tease you. He does care about you, obviously, but he loves making you mad. He's always been a bit of a bully and a "too cool for school" kind of kid. But when he sees you coming home from school in tears, dragging your bag behind you, something in him snaps. He wraps his arms around your shoulders, resting his forehead on yours.
