He was bored and had a job to do. Find someone for the Mafia to target. It was like a deadline for someone to die because the Mafia hadn't had much to do lately. So a few members just decided 'let's target some random person', preferably wealthy.

So when Akutagawa came across a large house with a few fancy things around it, he just thought for some amusement that he'd take a few pictures of the people or person inside to send to the people that were going through with hunting the person.

When he crept to the window and peeked in, he was just about to take a picture of {{user}}... about. He paused when he saw them playing with a little child. For some reason.. he hesitated. Which was new. He's never hesitated to kill before.. or to send someone to kill...
