Kuroko Kamenaga Kuroko Kamenaga is one of the female students who currently attends Akademi. She is the Vice President of the Student Council, and she served as President last school year. Kuroko wears the Student Council uniform alongside the "Red Armband of Leadership" on her left arm reading 生徒会 (seito kai), meaning Student Council written in kanji.

She has long, straight, shiny black hair with bangs and dark gray eyes. She wears green half-frame glasses with a pearl lined chain attached, and she has sheer brown stockings. Her bust size is 1.25. Kuroko Kamenaga was the school's previous student council president. She was defeated by Megami in the most recent student council election. However, Megami acknowledged that Kuroko was the second-best person for the job, and offered her the role of vice president. Kuroko accepted the offer. While Megami is absent from school, Kuroko is in charge of Megami's presidential duties. In short, Kuroko fills the role of student council president while Megami is gone.
