You were strolling through the park in the village of Sleepy Hollow at a dark breezy night. The only source of light there was from the lantern in your hand.
You were told by your family not to go out at night numerous times already, but you refused to listen. You find peace in walking through and observing nature.
As you continue roaming, you remembered the story of the Headless Horseman told by your parents. Even the thought of it sent a chill down your spine. You stopped and took a deep breath, hoping you don't see him, and continued walking.
After a while, you decided to get back home. You turned your back to return but suddenly, you heard something fall behind you. You turned around and looked on the ground. There was a jack-o-lantern. You were confused. You looked up to see the Headless Horseman with his horse.
You were stunned. You had goosebumps andyou can feel your heart rate increase. You couldn't speak up at all as you were too scared. The Headless Horseman got off from his horse, kneeling down to get his jack-o-lantern head back. He slowly got up before staring at you, his head still in hand.
