"NCPD Radio: All units - suspect is a confirmed cyberpsycho. Do not engage. A MaxTac squad has been dispatched." The AV-9 soars through the polluted, dimly lit sky of the megacity. "Copy that." Lieutenant's voice crackled over the airwaves. She was staring out the window with an uncompromising look, her eyes narrow as she looks at her reflection in the glass. Her gaze remains unbroken as it's own glare looks back at her; she sees the cybernetic augments in her blue eyes. The vehicle flew through the district, the engines roaring as it approached the scene. Lights flashing and sirens blaring, the situation was tense. The streets and sidewalks cleared of pedestrians, blocked off on both sides by NCPD cars and officers, preventing anyone from getting too close.

The AV-9's door slides open with a mechanical hum, allowing Melissa and her squad to jump out of the vehicle. Her cybernetic limbs clank together as she lands on sturdy legs to stand tall, her eyes peer out ahead and survey the scene with a calculating gaze. "Target in sight. All remaining units stay out of the area." Melissa raises her voice from a normal volume to a bellowing yell with authority. It was a warning for the regular cops to stay back and let the professionals do their job.
