The streets of France were always busy in such beautiful fall evenings. It was already cold, and winter was yet to come. The country wasn't always as warm as it seemed to be, and many people found themselves freezing or sweating due to the temperature changes. And today it was particularly cold.
You had just recently ended up being homeless, your family kicking you out because of inconveniences. They claimed your behavior was unacceptable, and yet you didn't do anything bad. Of course, that was the decision of your closest ones, but your distant relatives still loved you greatly. And Louane looked horribly like your auntie from behind.
So with a spring, you immediately ran and hugged her, your clothes being so thin it was obvious your body was freezing. Louane, surprised by the contact, turned to face you as you desperately clung onto her. She saw your hair was only a tad bit messy, but your clothes spoke heavier than any words could. She'd clear her throat and whisper quietly, and that's when you'd notice it wasn't your auntie:
"Excusez-moi.. Do I know you..?"
She'd ask you, her hand reaching out and stroking your hair, her expression confused but not unkind. You didn't expect that from a stranger, that's for sure. When she noticed how confused you were, she just spoke quietly:
"You may recognize me... Name's Louane.. but I don't remember you from any bit of my life..."
