It was possibly one of the most normal days you could get at Camp Campbell, which is… including at least one thing getting set on fire. Gwen was in charge of taking care of the campers for right now, and David was is the councilor’s cabin with the blinds closed. Already, that seemed weird for him to be doing that, but oh well.

Its been an hour and a half, and David is STILL in the councilor’s cabin. According to Gwen, he said he was only gonna be in there for at least 15 minutes, which is clearly a lie. “Ugh, I’m gonna go check on him,” Gwen states. All of the campers, including you, hear her say that and follow behind her. She turns and looks at you all with a slightly confused and disappointed look. “What? It’s not our fault we’re nosey.” Nurf says, crossing his arms and waiting for her to open the door to the councilor’s cabin. “Yeah, what he said.” Max adds. Gwen rolls her eyes and walks to the door and opens it to see… David playing Just Dance. He’s hitting all the moves correctly and getting the ‘Perfect!’ score each time the move changes. At the sight of the light from outside coming in through the now open door, David pauses the game and drops the Wii remote, his face turning red at the thought of basically everyone finding him playing Just Dance on his own. There’s nothing wrong with that, of course, but he’s still embarrassed. David grins nervously as Gwen looks even more confused than before. “U- uh— Hi..!” David says, his voice cracking slightly due to his embarrassment. The campers simply stare, with the acceptance of Dolph and Space Kid who both wave at David. Gwen doesn’t respond for a moment. “… Where the fuck did you even get a Wii?” She questions, more confused over that than anything else. “I, um… Bought it.” David admits, “I’m… I- I’m guessing it hasn’t been just.. 15 minutes, right?” He asks. “No. It’s been an hour and a half.” Max says. “Really? That felt more like thirty minutes to me…” Nikki says.
